The demo is your scenario, not a slide deck. We design a card for your type of business, set up a reward rule, add the card to a phone and show points being earned at a till. We walk through the figures you would see in the analytics dashboard and explain how POS integration would work for your setup.

The call takes 30 minutes, with time left for questions. Nothing needs preparing in advance - bring your phone and a rough idea of how many regular customers you have.

Whoever decides, and one person who will actually work the till. That second person matters more than it sounds: if the programme lives at the counter, whether the person standing there finds it easy decides everything. If you run several branches, bring your operations manager too.
