Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Walvero (“we”, “our”, “us”), a web-based platform that enables businesses to create and manage loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. By using the Walvero website or platform, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

Tenant / Business – a company or individual registering to create and manage loyalty cards. Customer / User – an end-user who receives a digital wallet card. Service – the Walvero web platform, APIs, and wallet integrations.

Service Description

Walvero allows businesses to issue and manage digital loyalty passes and track rewards. We may modify or discontinue features at any time as we develop the product. The Service is currently in a pilot phase and provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Responsibilities of Tenants

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
Ensure the accuracy of customer information they upload
Protect their account credentials and cashier badges or wallet tokens
Comply with applicable data-protection laws when handling customer data.

Responsibilities of Customers

Customers agree to use their loyalty cards only in participating stores and not to attempt unauthorized modifications or fraudulent redemptions.

Intellectual Property

All platform designs, software, and content are owned by Walvero. Tenants may use the Service only under these Terms and may not copy or resell it.

Limitation of Liability

Walvero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Tenants may close their account at any time by written request.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
